Saturday was the blue white UK scrimmage. Of course you know we were there. We dressed little man in a new UK onesie and headed off.
This year we had lunch at the K club with my parents and some of Anthony's old football friends. After lunch we headed over to watch the game. Spring games aren't always the most exciting things just because everybody is still learning the system and learning to play together. Nonetheless it wasn't bad and of course it's exciting to see some football on the field again. We stayed through the third quarter until it started to rain. I wish we could've made it the whole game because the second half is what turned out to be the best. After the game we went to our favorite Lexington restaurant Joe B's. Can't wait for this to become a regular occurrence again in the fall when it is one more football time in the Bluegrass.
